I took the kids for their first dental check-ups today.
I know what you're thinking....their first?
Nolan is getting close to 9 years old, and Amelia will be 4 next week.
Yep. That's what happens when you have kid after kid and are self-employed, without any dental insurance. It kind of gets put off, onto the back-burner. You know, we need clothing and food and have to pay utilities and junk. Teeth are expendable, at least to a certain point. Just ask Calvin these days.
Anyway, all four kids had a turn. And there are NO CAVITIES!!!
The lady actually said, "Just keep doing what you're doing."
I guess that means we don't have to go again until Nolan is 16 years old.
