MMmmm... Cornbread

I just have to say, my kids are some cornbread-eatin' fools!! They love the stuff. It constitutes and entire meal for them. I think they just like it because the can make a big mess with it. Whenever we eat it, it's all over the floor and the table. It's a wonder they've gotten any of it into their bellies. I made it last week with broccoli and chicken in it. They informed me, that is not the way you make cornbread!! They picked all of that stuff out of it. Tonight, it was just cornbread on the side. Well, the main dish for them. Anyway, I just think it's kind of funny how much they like it. I like it a lot too.
