Here today, gone tomorrow...Summer

Summer is in full swing.

Or maybe it's half over.

I'm not exactly sure, but it's now July!!!

 We got this cheap ice cream maker for that tradition.  I was shocked that it made it through the process.  It actually worked really well.  And it's cute and has that little mix-in laze-susan.  And I love lazy-susans!

 Nolan is such a gentleman.  He was helping Aunt Britta avoid the sprinkling that was going on while we walked up to the parade.

Here's our set-up and crew for the parade this year.  It was quite nice that it was cloudy.  And such a change!  But LONG...I'm wondering if they should cap the number of participants next year.

Something tells me that nobody will ask for my opinion....

We did not see one.  Single.  Firework.

But the entire state is on fire, does that count?
